XVibe legal information
Terms
These terms describe how XVibe coordinates business requests, delivery partner work, XVibe staff review, materials, messages, invoices, and launch workflow in the V1 service.
For questions about these terms or project access, contact XVibe before submitting sensitive project information or authorizing payment activity.
01
Using XVibe
XVibe provides a managed project workspace for digital work. Clients and businesses submit project requests, XVibe staff review scope and readiness, delivery partners collaborate on assigned work, and admins operate the delivery workflow.
02
Builder network and work orders
Delivery partners who join the XVibe builder network agree to keep profile, proof, payout, and availability information accurate. Accepting a matched project records a separate project work order acceptance tied to the approved scope, delivery expectations, communication record, and applicable payment or payout terms.
03
Project workflow
Project intake, scope approval, delivery partner coordination, delivery review, launch confirmation, post-launch requests, and project closure are recorded as workflow states. Actions taken in XVibe should reflect accurate project information and authorized user intent.
04
Payments
Invoices, checkout sessions, payment confirmations, payouts, and billing records are used to track project financial obligations. Payment availability and settlement timing may depend on third-party payment providers and configured project terms.
05
Materials and messages
Project files, reference links, notes, message threads, and signed download activity are kept inside project context. Users should not use XVibe to upload unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized material, or to bypass contact and review policies.
06
Accounts and access
Access is role-based. Clients, businesses, delivery partners, XVibe staff, and admins may see different project data depending on their relationship to a project and the permissions assigned to their account. Users are responsible for keeping account access secure.
07
Service changes
XVibe may update workflows, security controls, integrations, and product surfaces as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means the user accepts the updated operating terms.
